Internal Account Manager

Technimove are currently recruiting for an Internal Account Manager based in our London City office, to help support our external sales team and develop new business along with growing the business throughout our existing customer base.

Internal Account Manager Job Purpose

Work in fast-paced environment to communicate with existing customers, support the external account manager, increase the revenue growth for an organisation and make sure all aspects of the sales orders meet requirements of the client and the company.

Internal Account Manager Job Duties

  • Making calls and following up with clients to meet their needs
  • Working with internal team operations to help deliver projects
  • Maintaining good relationships with existing clients
  • Supporting the external sales person on their accounts on a day to day basis
  • Making sure to understand the individual and unique needs of each customer

Internal Account Manager Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience
  • Proficiency with various Computer Software Systems
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals
  • Great communication skills
  • Good written and oral skill to assist in creating professional documentation
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to listen to concerns and handle criticism positively
