Ochea Ikpa is the Founder and CEO of Technimove. A seasoned business leader with 25 years of experience in developing new businesses, identifying key market opportunities, fostering a culture of inclusion, and celebrating diversity of thought.

 A hands-on CEO, he drives growth throughout the Organisation, an enabler and trouble-shooter in chief, he manages the senior leadership team which heads the various departments of Technimove.

Ochea strongly believes that a culture of innovation and inclusivity is essential for an organisation to achieve excellence. He is a key driver of the company’s core values of purpose, people, and passion and actively supports many charities personally and has encouraged a culture of community involvement and professional development at Technimove.

– Gareth Meyer

Gareth Meyer has worked across the IT Reseller industry for 20 yearsin various senior leadership positions across the UK and Ireland with organisations like Insight, Systemax and Ultima Business Solutions to name a few before he joined us at Technimove.

Gareth has held multiple Sales, Marketing, Solution, Services and Alliances leadership roles focussed on the channel, corporate and enterprise customer segments and is currently responsible for executing the global strategic goals of Technimove by directing Marketing, Service Portfolio Strategy, Sales and Sales Operations.

Graham has worked in various strategic and senior leadership positions across most verticals, as a customer and supplier and has spent the last 14 years in the reseller industry with organisations like Kelway, CDW and Vohkus.

His journey has been steered by a profound passion for service excellence, sustainable growth and step-change improvement, delivered by exceptional talent within a culture built for challenge and change. At every stage, he has driven opportunities to contribute, make a difference, and foster strategic and key tactical advancements.

The existing foundation and collective drive to expand services beyond relocation and migration were a key tenet for him when joining the Technimove team.

Graham is currently responsible for the global strategic goals of Technimove by directing all Services Delivery, Services Portfolio and Operations.

– Antoinette Paul

Antoinette Paul is Head of Operations at Technimove.

Before joining Technimove in 2007 she held senior positions within companies such as Reed Employment, BTI International and American Express in varying operational and delivery roles.

Antoinette has leveraged her diverse and insightful experience to help Technimove grow its Operations team, heading the largest team within Technimove, Antoinette oversees a team that manages and assigns all Engineers to projects, managing multiple project schedules across geographies.

She works in tandem with the projects team to ensure all resource requirements of a project are met and contingency plans are implemented, she is critical for our delivery assurance.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, Antoinette is a firm proponent of our core values of “People, Purpose & Passion” she constantly improves processes, and procedures to ensure our service delivery teams can give an exceptional level of service in a safe and professional environment.

– Tony Barrett

Tony Barrett has 15 years of experience spanning IT support, administration, finance and compliance.

With a computing degree and over 13 years of experience helping Technimove streamline its administration, Tony is a techno-functional leader who ensures we meet all the stringent regulatory needs as a business.

His core competencies lie in streamlining processes and regulatory compliances and he is pivotal for all our certifications and accreditations such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ADISA, GDPR and MSDUK to name a few.

Tony heads all back-office functions at Technimove which includes finance, purchasing, office management and compliance.

Deborah is an experienced Sales Operations Manager with a career spanning across various industries such as Paper, the Telecoms industry, and Insurance as a top-performing salesperson and manager.

Deborah’s passion for sales and operations is evident in her proactive approach towards overcoming challenges, and she also embraces the key Technimove goal of creating optimal outcomes in the ever-evolving world of sales and operations.

– Dave Phillips

Dave has over 20 years of experience as a Marketing Manager for several iconic brands such as Disney, Dell, Pizza Hut, Comic Relief, and NetApp, as well as the tech sector for several digital transformation start-ups. His experience across a broad range of disciplines such as strategy creation, development and implementation, digital marketing, data analytics, events and content production to name a few, make him an asset to Technimove.

Working closely with the Sales team, and most departments across the business, Dave’s purpose is to drive website traffic and create leads through engaging content, events, sales collateral, and campaigns.

“I am passionate about technology, and enabling organisations to adopt solutions that create efficient, optimised environments for our client’s staff and stakeholders. I believe this is a necessary trait for anyone in technical Pre Sales, as is the desire for ongoing learning, a natural curiosity of how technology works, and solving challenges that result in customer success.  

Pre Sales embodies a diverse ethos grounded in strategic thinking, customer-centricity, and leadership prowess, combined with a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics. – Peter Wilson 

Peter has over 15 years experience of providing Pre Sales Consultancy in the technology industry. Having worked within the ISP, MSP and VAR space, he has a wide understanding of network and IT engagements. Peter has extensive experience in WAN design and voice solutions, covering large multi-site SD-WAN deployments, global MPLS networks, as well as hybrid voice and data networks. Peter also specialises in network and cyber-security deployments, using a wide range of technologies and vendors for bespoke client engagements.
